Terms of Service

VetKicks is a veteran-owned sneaker resale business in West Palm Beach, Florida, and a Pico Duarte Holdings LLC company. VetKicks is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands whose products it resells.

The website displays inventory and opens a text conversation. It does not provide checkout, and pressing a button does not create an order. A sale is confirmed only after availability, total price, payment, delivery or pickup, and any other terms are agreed by text.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change until a hold is confirmed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a confirmed hold lasts 24 hours. We may correct listing errors or cancel unavailable inventory; any payment already received for a canceled sale will be refunded.

Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal Goods and Services. Payment must clear before shipment. Each provider's separate terms apply to its service.

Every pair is inspected before listing. If a pair fails authentication by a recognized marketplace or authentication service, send the written result within 30 days of delivery. Return the pair in the condition received, and VetKicks will provide a full refund, including reasonable shipping both ways.

Condition labels and photos are intended to describe the actual pair. Pre-owned items may show normal wear. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify authentic goods offered for resale.

Paid orders generally ship within 48 hours with tracking, and local pickup may be arranged. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Confirm the shipping address before payment; we will reasonably assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged packages.

Sales are final except when a pair fails the authenticity guarantee or is materially different from its description. Contact VetKicks within seven days of delivery for a description issue. Worn, altered, laced-up, or resold pairs are not returnable, and fit alone is not a return reason.

You must be 18 or have a parent or guardian handle the purchase. Do not misuse the contact channel, disrupt the site, scrape protected data, or send unlawful content. VetKicks branding and original site content belong to Pico Duarte Holdings LLC or are used with permission.

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that extent, total liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the pair, and indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida.
